Ordering Help
Below, you can find the basic instructions for how to order photos from your child's gallery. If you've followed all the steps but still have questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
*Important notes*
If you have siblings attending the center, you will have one gallery for each child. You cannot combine galleries for your purchase, so you must complete your purchase in one gallery before you start a purchase in the other.
For Class Photos, you'll be emailed a separate gallery link to view the class photo/s.
You can order a Class Photo in 2 ways:
1. For a class photo by itself, click on any image in your child's gallery and choose the "Class Photo 8x10 Print" option.
2. You can add a class photo to any of the Print + Digital packages from the add-on options for that package.
How to order photos:
1. Find your child’s gallery passcode (sent via email) - If you can’t find this email (in your inbox or spam folder), then send us a message.
2. Visit this page and enter your passcode:

3. View the photos in your gallery.
4. Enlarge any photo that you’d like to order and choose the relevant product or package. (Clicking on the package will bring up more details and photos)
5. Follow the instructions for the product/package that you want, and make any relevant selections.
5. View your cart and fill in all the details to purchase your photos!

Digital images will be delivered via email with an online gallery.
Printed products will either be shipped to your child’s center or directly to you.
