Register your child for Photo Day. Your center will share the registration information with you. We only take individual photos of children who have been registered before Photo Day.

It's Photo Day! We'll come to your school and spend time with each child, capturing multiple poses. (We typically take photos indoors, unless different arrangements have been made with your school.)

Within one week of your school's last Photo Day, you'll be contacted via email and text to view your child's images in a private, password-protected online gallery. You'll have 3 weeks to place your order. Sibling photos will be in separate galleries, but you can combine photos from multiple galleries into one order.

Digital downloads will be available immediately after purchase. For printed products, we'll deliver those to your school or ship them directly to you, depending on when they're ordered.

Do we need to pay for our child's photos ahead of time?
Nope! You will only make a payment once you're able to view and select your child's photos in your online viewing gallery.

Where are the photos taken?
We typically take the photos indoors at your school, unless the school has requested outdoor photos.

What should my child wear?

In short, we recommend clothing that isn't wrinkled or neon-colored and doesn't have any large text, busy patterns, or cartoon characters on it. Since we take zoomed-out photos as well, keep the whole outfit in mind, including shoes.

How long does it take to get the photos back?
We'll send out viewing galleries within 7 days of your school's last Photo Day. You'll have 3 weeks to make your selections and order your photos online, and if you order in the first 7 days, all printed products will be delivered for free to your school. Digital images will be available immediately after purchase. Printed photos will be delivered to your school within 2 weeks of the order deadline.

What if my child is sick or absent for their Photo Day?
If we're scheduled to shoot at your center for multiple days, and your child is able to get their photos on an alternate day, then we'll make up the session then. If they're not able to come to any of the photo days, a make-up day may be available, either at the school or another local site.
