Photo Registration Form

Acton Academy is offering multiple options for photos this year.

As a parent, you can register your child for:

Outdoor photos at Camp Shiloh
Indoor (more traditional) photos at Acton
Both outdoor & indoor photos

Please submit a separate form for each of your children participating.
You must register your child or they will not have individual photos taken.

Registration closes at 8pm on October 13th.

IMPORTANT : By submitting this form and registering your child for photos, you're giving Genesis Photography permission to photograph your child at the specified location and place those photos in a private password-protected online gallery.
